Certificates of Election

Brethren,

We are pleased to announce that you will be able to submit your 2007 Certificate of Election electronically. The process has been greatly improved, and has met with the approval of the Grand Secretary's office. The new form will be activated in time for you to submit your COE after Grand Session.

To enter your certificate of election on the menu go to: Lodge -> Certificates of Election.

This will bring you to a screen listing any COE that are currently stored in MORI. At the bottom of the list there is an "add" button. Click the "add" button and you will be presented with the new electronic COE.

The COE requires that all elected and appointed officers be filled in. All officers must be Master Masons, and no member can hold more than one office.

The COE requires that you list all of your trustees, up to five, including those who are continuing in office. You will find a space to enter the from and to year for trustees. A minimum of three trustees are required.

When you have completed filling out the form follow the directions at the bottom for signing and sealing your certificate.
